Jeanne helped me select my blinds, ordered them, and arranged to have Joel install them before we moved into our new home. They were both so helpful, efficient, capable and courteous. Joel pointed out deficiencies in two blinds that I didnà ¢à  à  t even notice and replacements were immediately ordered; his honesty was so refreshing! I highly recommend Metro West Blinds and Shades.

Jeanne was responsive and professional. Even though the initial order was done by another company she went to a great deal of trouble to get my warranty enforced and credited. I will definitely deal with Metrowest again. It was a small project but it didn't effect the quality of their work or rsponse.

Jeanne came to my home with a huge smile, and lots of samples to choose from. I was replacing blinds for my sliding doors, kitchen windows, as well as living room and dining room. I had difficulty choosing and Jeanne was so wonderful in helping me figure out the best shades, and colors for my home. She was so easy and fun to work with! The whole process was painless and my finished blinds are gorgeous! I love looking at them every day and the beauty they bring to each of my rooms. I highly recommend !!

Jeanne & Joel were a pleasure to work with. I knew as soon as I met them on the first consultation they were the ones to do the job. I needed a new blind for a bedroom skylight and Jeanne had samples & advice I would not have thought of on my own. Joel did an awesome job installing in a difficult angled area. I love my new blind and would recommend Metrowest to anyone looking for window coverings.

We purchased cordless blinds for a room with various sized windows including a large picture window. We couldnâ t be happier! They are so easy to use and they open at the top and the bottom. They shade the sun, provide privacy and look terrific. Jeanne made the process so easy and alerted us to the timing of sales for the features we wanted. Highly recommended!

Jeanne came right out to measure for pleated shades. She had samples with her, great suggestions and was very helpful. She offered me a discount and her estimate was sent to me in 24 hours! Excellent service and I hired them to put pleated shades in my living room, dining room and office!

I have an unusual window and two decorators walked away from the project. Two others gave me prices that were in excess of $100 more than Rooms by Design. Jeanne hung in there, figured it out and came in under budget. She was not only a delight to work with, but she and Joel were very competent.

I'm sure she's the reason my house sold so fast, I've used her for both staging and decorating. She keeps an eye on what's important to you and your budget. She finds things that make it nice without overspending, always has great ideas. Keeps in contact with you by email and phone. Great.
