Room to Room Chimney and Fireplace

I was happy with the work that was performed.

Chimneys were cleaned and work was done timely. However, there was some cleanup work required afterwards as they did not tarp the area as well as they should have. No issue with customer service.

Hired them to remove a squirrel from our chimney and cap our flue. Charged more then initially quoted. But provided a 1 year warranty on work. About 6 months later we had another squirrel in the chimney. Did not believe us that there was a squirrel, took 4 months to honor the warranty and fix chimney cap and remove the squirrel. When I complained about a horrid smell and maggots by the chimney they did come promptly to clean out the dead squirrel carcass. Very difficult to get a hold of, did not return phone calls or text messages in a timely manner. Did not keep established appointments and did not give warning when showing up at home. Did finally finish the work, and I am satisfied with what has been done, but am not happy that it took 4 months of persistence on my end to make it happen.

Would not recommend. "Inspecting" chimney involved them looking at it with a flashlight for about 5 minutes. Not sure what I paid $128 for... Also, have been trying to work with them to have a ventless gas fireplace installed but they are not helpful, when I am able to reach them. The individual doesn't return phone calls most of the time and sends a text instead, which I find unprofessional. We also need a cap installed. They have told me things to buy, but there are several versions and I'm not sure ultimately what I should be purchasing. Anyways, it is far too much back and forth without any work really being done. Will be looking for another fireplace/chimney company to help finish the work.

To start they were two hours late. Part that was required to fix fireplace completely wrong!!! A manual vent free log set CANNOT be converted to a remote control log set. The part that they told us to buy was in correct. They completely destroyed the burner by drilling a hole in it.....it is a fire hazard and a health hazard. The log set and burner must be completely replaced so already out $850 dollars from their handy work. Paid for installation of chimney cap prior to installation took 5 phone calls to verify that they would install it. Finally showed up at 6:15 at night, never acknowledged that they were on the property and sent text messages instead of returning a phone call when they were told of gas smell. Still waiting for a follow-up phone call from the company to see if they are going to resolve this problem. Horrible customer service and poorly trained installers. Would never recommend this company!

They responded quickly to our need, they were on time and they worked quickly. They also left the house as clean or cleaner than it was when they came into the house.

They did not put on shoe covers when entering the house.

I told them I was getting smoke in my house from the furnace when burning in my fireplace. They came and cleaned the fireplace out but didn't correct my original problem. After repeated requests for them to come back, which they ignored, I just gave up. They clean a fireplace out OK, but I can do that. They have no knowledge of any other chimney problems, even thought they say they do.

They were prompt, quick, efficient, polite and left everything sparkling clean. Remember, cleaning chimneys of carbon deposits and soot can be a very messy job. I would recommend them to family, friends and neighbors. I also thought their service was reasonably priced. Jim Linaberger

The two employees were extremely professional and efficient. The price was fantastic and they were able to get us in quickly when we were in a time crunch. They arrived on time and got our chimney inspection done quickly. Dave was able to give us advice on future chimney repairs and maintenance and answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend room to room for any chimney needs. We will use them again in the future.

I had a problem with my hot water tank. They said the chimney was blocked. Sent in a questionaire and was called within an hour. They came cleaned the chimney right away. Very personable workers . Job done very professionally and quickly...Very satisfied and would recommend this company...
