Rooney Residential Services

Unfortunately, I have to give 0 to the service. If it was handled by Luis, it would be different. However, Luis was not available, the service for my yard was arranged by Michelle Rooney, the Owner. If I can there is a negative rate, I'll definitely give a negative one. In terms of attitude and quality of service, terribly bad! I paid $1250 for the weed killing, fertilizer, trimming, mulch and flower bed bend as well as bare ground make-up with sods. She said the roses were two crowded can be moved a couple of them to the front, which was also included in the lump sum price. There was some disagreement regarding the scope, for example, the contract said "make-up for bare ground". However, only some areas were covered. All the others, especially the front yard which looks so back with several grounds are just left bare without nothing. The owner said they only bought half of the pallet. They used all and that is it. All roses were moved to the front yard instead of just one or two. They are dying since being moved. I asked her nicely how to save them and asked her to come over and take a look. No response. I gave up and didn't want to put energy and time on this. Although there was disagreement, I paid her fully and tried to be very nice to her. The owner promised she will be taking care of the quality, will come on Monday (May 6th) and see the effects of weed killing and grow seeds on the other bare ground. Unfortunately, no one showed up. I tried to call her, no response. The owner blocked me since then. It's a very bad experience. So disappointed and mad!

Guy were helpful and professional! They did an outstanding job!

Michele gave me a good quote on Christmas lighting and tree trimming. They additionally took out some trees. They were prompt and completeld the job in a day. We are very pleased with there service.

Luis did a great job!

Friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. Very professional. Will use this again.

I very much appreciated their quick response to the service. However, part of the work asked to be done was removing a few bushes. I did not know I needed to tell them that meant the roots and stump as well. They were left and covered with mulch in a place we did not ask for mulch. They left weeds in the flower beds and called it monkey grass, I know the difference between the two. Finally when it was time to settle they quoted $100 over estimated and became combative when questioned. We had to redo most of the work. Sad when you paid $546. I hesitated writing this as I do not like to give bad reviews, but this was extremely disappointing.

Arrived on time very easy to communicate Luis and his crew did a really thorough and meticulous job I would recommend them and I will be using them again

I highly recommend Luis and Rooney Residential for all of your lawncare needs. He goes over and beyond taking great care of his customers and wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with his work. I finally feel that I have a lawncare service that will treat my lawn as their own. I couldn't be happier.

the owner of this business is extremely knowledgeable about lawn and garden care with the various plants I have in our yard. His attitude toward extreme customer satisfaction is very refreshing in this day and age.
