We asked James to provide ideas and a quote for a new retaining wall/ramp between 2 levels of our home. James was very prompt and thorough in his replies (I asked for text messages since I often cannot answer the phone during the day). His work ethic was tremendous, very creative with ideas, and completed the job in a timely fashion. He has checked back in to make sure the new grass is growing and that we were satisfied.
