Root'N Toot'N was very responsive. I got a phone call confirming the appointment very soon after making it. He arrived right on time, evaluated the problem, explained what needed to be done, answered all of my questions and made a quick, clean replacement at a good price. Excellent, personal service.

I had a sump pump replaced. Root'N and Toot'N was the most reasonable among the four I got quotes from. Others were atleast $250 higher. Mr. Dave seemed more trustworthy compared to others. Even if you dont hire Root'N Toot'N please avoid the big companies like ARS, Mr.Plumber, and Roto Rooter at all costs who tried to sell me extra services and equipment by scaring me.

Dave was extremely courteous and really knew his stuff. We appreciated the options Dave offered instead of just a plain upsell of services. Will use him in the future and will recommend his services to others. Great job, Dave!!!

Dave was very professional and very responsive with all my communications. Even though I am out of state and I was arranging service for my tenants, getting service was quick and painless. Once there Dave made sure I knew everything that needed maintenance and completed the tasks very quickly with minimal disruption to my tenants. The price was fair and significantly less than other estimates I had received. I would hire them back in a heartbeat.

Arrived an hour earlier than expected, which was excellent, considering the water covering my basement floor. Drain was cleared quickly, price was very reasonable, and even though I called on a Sunday, service was friendly and extremely timely.

Did not solve my problem. Took my money and said the drain will never be any better.
