Terrific in every way. Responded to Servicemagic request within 2 minutes, and tech arrived in about an hour. Nice young man, very competent, took time to verify the fix, gave helpful advice on preventing recurrence of the problem. .I am not easily impressed, but this company gets an easy five stars.
