Write a ReviewHe was professional, efficient, and clean. He got the job done. I am well pleased. I will recommend him to my friends and neighbors.
Project was not easy but was handled well. The price was fair and the Anthony was very professional and friendly
I recently had the pleasure of working with Anthony Fankhauser from Rooter Er & Plumbing, and I can confidently say that he is the most professional plumber I have ever encountered. Our search for a reliable plumber began about six weeks ago when Anthony came over to provide us with a free estimate for some work needed in our home. From the start, he impressed us with his prompt response to our request on Angie's List, arriving the same day and offering valuable tips to make our shower remodel efficient and cost-effective. Throughout our interactions with various plumbers, Anthony stood out by taking the time to truly understand our needs and how he could assist us best. Despite the initial consultation not resulting in immediate work, Anthony remained responsive and proactive. Fast forward six weeks, and he was once again quick to reply, reaffirming our confidence in his professionalism. On the day of the job, Anthony arrived on time and efficiently installed our new shower faucet, recommended the best option for our budget, and set the drain in record time, coordinating seamlessly with another contractor working on the floor. Not only did he go above and beyond by addressing additional plumbing issues in our home, such as resealing a leaking toilet tank and replacing faucets, but he also made trips to Home Depot on our behalf without any extra charge. Anthony's dedication to meeting our needs, even outside regular working hours, sets him apart from other contractors we've worked with during our home remodeling project. His attention to detail, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to quality work make him a standout professional in his field. I am typically critical when it comes to service providers, but I cannot fault Anthony in any way. His integrity, work ethic, and genuine care for his clients make him a truly exceptional plumber. If you are in need of a reliable plumber, I highly recommend reaching out to Anthony Fankhauser at Rooter Er & Plumbing. Whether you are in South County or in areas like Marietta, you can trust that you will receive top-notch service and expertise. Thank you, Anthony, for your outstanding work and for exceeding our expectations.
Anthony has done a wonderful job replacing my bathtub pipes at an extremely great low price. I highly recommend Rotor ER & Plumbing Inc. I panicked because I saw water on my downstairs ceiling because my bathtub upstairs was leaking showing the rectangular water print on my downstairs ceiling. I quickly called ER & Plumbing Inc. and Anthony came out immediately (same day witihin 30 min) and quickly assessed the problem. The pipes under the tub had a huge leak on a fairly new home (6 yrs old). The pipes were to large for the area under the tub which caused the pipes to crack. I am disabled and needed to soak my fractured back. Anthony showed up the next day with new pipes and all of his equipment and fixed the pipes the same day. Wonderful job and at a reasonable price. Very friendly and polite to. If ever I need plumbing again I will definitely call them and highly recommend them. Thank you Anthony and Phillip you guys are great!!!! ;-)
Words cannot express how fantastic Anthony is from service to pricing to professionalism to quality of work to promptness and the list goes on. It's not every day that you meet a business owner whose core values and complete honesty are on point. The job was done quickly and neatly. If you have a master bathroom bathtub leak on the second floor spilling onto the first floor you need somebody that can do the job and put you at ease with someone you can trust and know you're not getting ripped off in the process... It is imperative you choose Anthony.... And sometimes he'll have his assistant Philip who is equally as pleasant and great to work with.
On time, very polite, gave me all my options from replacement to repair and I made the decision. Finished the job in a timely manner. He guaranteed he work. You will definitely be happy.
Unprofessional, overcharged me and he had a bad attitude.
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. We provided a complimentary camera inspection coming out in the middle of the night not even charging a service fee to begin our relationship. Upon inspection of sewer line, found that septic tank was buried and did not know the depth of that. We also found a root intrusion as well as grease rocks that could not be removed due to the size of the grease rocks. we provided options and pricing before doing any work prior to the camera inspection. With the current options provided also gave a discount. The option picked was to excavate down to the inlet of septic tank sewer, and to expose the lids to the septic tank in order to see if it needed to pump. Our bid was to perform an evaluation for a foot and a half down without charging more money just to get the lids exposed to see if pumping was necessary. We excavated down and exposed the inlet sewer to the tank, and the existing rubber band was failing, that we would fix it for the same price we had already agreed too. (repair line and expose lids if the lids were no more than 1 ft and 5 inches) The lids were 3 ft deep which we still dug out the first lid though it was deeper or more than we agreed on based on the contract. We are not responsible for the lids being buried over 10 years, or if they break trying to remove the lids. At that depth, there should be risers installed. Our next part of the contract was to pump septic tank because it was full. We were not going dig up the second lid due to the depth and we did more work than what it says on our contract as a courtesy because Rooter ER wanted to go above and beyond. I charged the client a little bit more to expose the 2nd lid cause the depth and the amount of work that it will take and the amount of work up to that point. Just remember as well that you were on a hill not on flat ground with a ton of vegetation. Rooter ER excavated the 3 ft depth lids, pump septic tank, and fixed a section of the pipe from the compromised rubber band. We completed the contract and collected. Rooter ER did more work than the contract, trying to make the customers happy, in the process, no matter what we tried to do for the customer, still was not happy, I tried to thoroughly answer all questions, at one point the customer wanted us to expose the entire septic tank top surface 5ft wide, 12 length and buried 3ft deep, not just the lids. but at that point the amount of work that was done, and contract was completed, any other service that he wanted that we could proceed but there would be additional work, and cost. With that said, we could not do anything else to make him happy unless he agrees to pay extra for any additional work. If both lids were only 1 foot and half deep, we wouldn't have charged anything exposing the 2nd lid. Also, because the client did not have risers to properly have access, we won't be able to dig so much. We are sorry you feel we over charged you, but, considering the amount of labor and excavation that we did, it should have been more. As a courtesy we charged you way less than other company would have charged you. Good luck and we hope in good faith for your consideration. Have a blessed holiday season! Best Regards, Rooter ER & Plumbing Inc.
Anthony Fankhauser (Owner) is an exceedingly polite individual who provided detailed information on work to be accomplished. Unfortunately, the day my septic tank was being pumped coincided with a number of issues Anthony was experiencing on another job. For that reason, my task was delayed until after 6:00 PM. When Anthony arrived late in the evening to complete the work, he performed camera inspections and explained some minor issues. There was no indication of irritation or frustration due to the issues related to his other task. This was refreshing since I sincerely expected him to vent regarding problems experienced with his other work. I seriously recommend using Anthonyâ s services if you have plumbing issues.
Thank you so much providing your feedback regarding our service. We appreciate your business and hoping to serve you again in the future for any other plumbing needs you may have. Best Regards, Rooter ER & Plumbing Inc.
What I appreciate the most is Anthony is not pushy. He let me know what I need and the cost for additional work I needed.
