Do not use this company. They will take advantage of you. I was referred to them online. They told me over the phone that to drain my septic tank would cost $350. If it was overfilled it would cost $550. When they opened the tank it was filled to the top and the 2 guys told me I had a choice. I could pay about $7000 to build a new drain field or between $3000-$3400 to have the lines all cleaned out. They drained the tank and brought me outside to show me what the extra $2850 would get me. They proceeded to put a $25-$30 piece of PVC through the hole from the tank into the D Chamber where the drain field lines are and then poured a gallon of powder into that chamber that they said would disperse into the drain field and clear any clogs. After they were gone it, dawned on me that what they did was criminal. I called 2 other septic tank companies, both of which told me to build an entirely new drain field, and drain my tank would cost between $2000-$3000. I called the company 3 straight days and was told the owner would call me back. Still waiting for that call. If you choose to do business with this company BEWARE. They are liars. If anyone from the company sees this review have the owner call me back. You know who I am.

Gave me a quote of 330. After they arrived and opened the tank they advised that it will be a little more. The technician gave the customer service rep price-service rep called me to tell me it is 600!! Then I paid 85 for the pump. Felt I had no choice with tank open and exposure.

People just don't do business like this anymore. The honesty and integrity of this company was well beyond five stars! Down to earth group of guys, honest opinions, and finally a company that's not out there to get rich off other people's unfortunate situations. Thank you guys for all of your help!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE DISHONEST, DECEITFUL, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND WILL TAKE YOU TO THE CLEANERS IF THEY THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT. See previous customer reviews. Their business model is: respond quickly to internet inquiries, give a low estimate (in this case $300 to pump-out the septic tank); when onsite, give you the â oh, things are really bad here, it could cost moreâ routine. This is classic BAIT & SWITCH. They give you no service agreement; when the hour or so septic tank pumping job is done, they give you a horribly exorbitant bill. This is what they did to me. Mike senior is the father of Mike JR who is supposed to be the owner. Mike senior claimed that I needed the drain field pumped out. Ok, that took 25 minutes. He said he added chemicals to the field. He was not authorized to add chemicals. I, nor my friend who observed the whole work project did not see this occur. Mike presented me with a bill for $3200. Adding chemicals is Not approved by the State anyway. When we asked the women (Kim, Lauren and Jessica) in the office who sent me a non-detailed-invoice ($3200) for a detailed line-item explanation, and to talk to the owner, we got nothing but stalling and lies. I never did get a line-item explanation nor details on what chemicals and quantity were supposedly used on my drain field. Mike SR nor Mike Jr never returned calls even though promised by Kim and Lauren. After doing much research on Septic Systems and on Rooter Express of Hoschton GA and its owner, we discovered among other things that we could have a complete drain field installed, if needed, for $4800, which is a major project. Additionally adding chemicals to the system is not approved by the State of Georgia. I have been completely ripped off. The fact that I am a widow and a senior citizen means nothing to these people. We reported all this to Dave at Home Advisor Customer Solutions who put us on hold and called the Rooter Express office in Hoschton GA and spoke to Jessica. Dave came back to us from hold and reported that Jessica hung up on him. All of this is being reported to the State Attorney Generalâ s office, Division of Consumer Protection, the State Health Department, the Better Business Bureau, the State Professional Licensing Division, and other agencies. Legal action to follow. BUYER BEWARE. HOME ADVISOR/ANGIES LIST NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB OF VETTING AND MONITORING CONTRACTORS. This same company does business in TN, NC and SC using the same deceitful tactics. Their moral compass is pointed straight down to xxxx. Check out those reviews. Connect the dots. For SC see Palmetto Pumpers. Their positive reviews are suspicious.
