David and Fernado were friendly and efficient. Since we never had our tank pumped in 40 years it was totally full of solidified waste. It was more than just a pump out the tank job. It was a ‘septic system rejuvenation’ as Amanda in their office called it. They explained the job and had to use the garden hose to liquify the waste to be able to pump it out. Also pump some out some of the leach field and treat it. I felt the price was fair for the workthey had to do. I

We didnà ¢à  à  t know where septic tank was but our field lines were stinking and leaking into the yard. We had another company that came and poked a rod around the yard gave up and left. This company came out and could not find it either BUT they pumped the field lines and told us how to locate the tank. The next day we found it and had it all fixed with in 3 days! Our mess had been going on for almost a year. 5 other companyà ¢à  à  s and no help! Thank goodness for Rooter Express and their friendly helpful team. Cheerful and great to work with. I would recommend to any and every one who needs them!

they did a great job. did not tare up the year, with there equipment, and were able to fine the tank drain it and also replace the tee going to the outer line. leveled out the dirt and ranked up the area. job well done.

These guys are awesome! Our tank hasn't been cleaned in over 10 years. We weren't experiencing any issues but knew it was beyond time to get it cleaned. I was recommended Rooter Express by someone who has used them before. They raved about how awesome their work was, so I figured I would give it a shot. And I was amazed, the work, the professionalism, the price, the knowledge, I was blown away

Said I had more work to be done than just the pump out and the cost would be $2,700 (not $550) which was the estimate over the phone. I was told I would be calling them in a couple of months if I only had it pumped. So I paid the $2,700 and now have water backing up into the basement. Called them and was told I would be charged another $170 for a service call if the problem was not related to their work. And of course, I was told that I now have to hire a plumber because it is not a septic issue, of course.

Just had my septic cleaned for the first time in years. The price was definitely cheaper than what I thought and cheaper than other companies. They didnâ  t charge to come out to my house, locate the tank (which I forgot where it was since itâ  s been so long), or dig to get to the tank. All of the other companies that I spoke with to get quotes had fees for traveling by the mile. They did great work and Iâ  m more than satisfied with this company.

My husband and I were in desperate need of a cleaning for our septic tank. We just sold our home and wanted to service our septic for the buyers. We called Rooter Express and had them service the tank the day before closing. They did a great job and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their septic cleaned.

I contacted this company and spoke with Ebony. She informed me they could get to me the same day between 3 and 5. She then called me back and asked if 1:30 would be okay. I had a wet spot in my yard around my septic area. Joey came out and after finding the septic tank pumped it and advised me on some extra steps to take. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and the explanations and pictures of proof as to what needed to be done. I had called another company earlier in the week and was promised a call back within 2 days and never heard a word from them. I will certainly use this company in the future for my plumbing needs. My job was a complicated one that required several trips to my property. They were helpful, patient, and made efforts to figure out the problem. The onsite team and office team were both quite helpful and professional.

Sorry I did not read the reviews before hiring this company. I do not think they are honest. The price went from $450 to $2800 and they were here for only two hours. Josh told us everything that was needed and since it was all Greek to us, we had him do it. Who knows if he actually did anything other than pump out the tank. Then we got bombarded with phone calls the next morning asking for immediate payment. I had to beg for an itemized bill. This company is crooked.
