We are family owned and operated. We still run on word of mouth advertising rather than taking out ads that are costly, this helps us save money so that we may pass on that savings to our customers. We have 2,000+ ratings on the Angi website, real customers whom we have provided a service to, from minor drain cleaning to large scale whole sewer replacements, and though we know all of this may not matter to most consumers, we work very hard and pride ourselves to do well and make sure that all of our customers feel comfortable with us and our services. Gary was very quick to reply to my inquiry, came by within 2 hours for an estimate which was competitive, and came a couple of days later to replace my bath sink drain and the lead piping in the walls. Did good work, left the work area clean, and was respectful of my home and schedule. Would definitely recommend them.

Friendly, professional, accurate assessment and recommendation of the work that needed to be done. The estimate for the work was the same when finished with the job. The job was complete sewer line replacement with minimum yard damage, and great job of clean up. The job was completed as scheduled. Very satisfied with job.

Fast initial response (he called within 30 minutes of my submission). He was available on Sunday for no additional cost and was easy to work with my schedule needs. Showed up on time and matched the cost he mentioned on the phone. Polite and professional. He fixed our problem quickly and checked out all the other hardware for any other problems we might have. He offered a 90 day warranty on the work and left me a detailed invoice for my records. I will keep his number in case I have any future plumbing issues ever. Fantastic service, good price. Response was timely. There was an issue with the initial repair, but the Company sent someone right back out and made the issue right, which is all anyone can ask. Everyone makes mistakes; those who correct theirs are a step ahead. The correction of the issue was very timely (same day). I would recommend Rooter Guy to others because I know firsthand they'll do what you ask, and stand by their work.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
They were pretty knowledgeable and were able to get a new water heater installed the next day. The price was a little expensive but it was because the less expensive model was out of stock. The only problem we had was that the manufacturer actually labeled the connections incorrectly, so the Rooter Guy had to come out and switch the connections back around so that our water would stay hot for more than 10 minutes. Since the last visit, its been working fine.

Gary tried to tell me that I needed this and I needed that and it would cost me this and that and that my hot water heater was incorrectly installed and would not pass inspection and yet it was installed by a professional. He even threatened me when I told him I would not be nickle and dimed to death and that I had made that perfectly clear when I spoke to the other guy, Russ I think was his name. So Gary threatened me by saying "I could start charging you by the hour" when I made it clear I wasn't interested in him fixing the other things he "said" needed fixing. I did NOT appreciate how he tried to get me to spend more and more money.

"Did not even charge for our time and diagnosis. If your water heater was installed properly why are you still having problems. Customer did not want to pay to fix her problem right. We also fixed a leak on disposal for free."

Nice guys and very responsive. The reason I hired Rooter is he came out on a Sunday to do my sewer scope, when nobody else would. I wasn't very happy that they hired a subcontractor to do the job. I would have preferred a referral. If I had to pay for it myself, I probably would have shopped around more and gotten a better price, but since the seller paid for it I didn't care as much.

Rooter Guy was the first contractor to call me, made time the day of my request to come do an estimate and was the most honest and cost effective choice of the 4 companies we had estimates done by. Although they were a bit late the day we had work done they more than made up for it with their efficiency.
