Keith was on time and very knowledgeable about the issue and would highly recommend Rooter Guy.

They were good but they did not put a frost-free faucet outside which is surprising since we live in CO. Now weâ ll have to cover faucet every winter.

Not the service I would expect for the money I paid. The plumber tracked mud through our house, left boot prints in our shower, and took an exceptionally long time to complete the job. They do not stock the truck with very basic supplies and like to charge you for a trip to the plumbing store they choose to buy from. Would not rehire. The job is done but I was not confident in his ability after he glued a pipe it came undone and he explained he used the wrong type of glue.

The technician, Christopher who they sent was extremely professional, polite and friendly did an outstanding job!

Very professional, did a complete check of all my plumbing not just the water heater and I will use them again.

A technician was available and at my house within an hour of first contact by the office. Kris was very professional and personable. He explained how my problem likely happened, showed me the valve that needed to be replaced and told me the price which was very reasonable. If I have any more plumbing problems I'll definitely call Rooter Guy and will request Kris.

I would highly recommend! We had an emergency sump pump issue and after contacting Rooter Guy, we had a terrific plumber at our house within 1 hour. He provided a fair quote and completed the work quickly and efficiently. We will definitely contact Rooter Guy for any future projects!

The Rooter Guy plumber was extremely professional, very nice. He made one small mistake caused a minor leak overnight; he fixed it the next day and we were very happy with the final outcome. The office is extremely efficient in facilitating communication with the plumbers and alerting us of arrival times. Excellent overall!

From a few previous back-ups, I knew that my sewer line had a dip whereby sewage would build up and could not pass by. After some guests staying in our basement reported that the "the basement toilet is gurgling" I'd had enough and wanted peace of mind that it wouldn't back up again more than money in my bank account. I used HomeAdvisor to find a plumber to repair the line. All 3 responded quickly and all 3 came out, but only Keith from Rooterguy took the time to run his camera and figure out where the dip in the line was. Outside the house, he used an instrument to determine (roughly) where the dip was. All of this was free. The other two companies wanted to charge me $250 for the camera and didn't bother to use their instruments to determine where the sewer line is located. In addition to that, Keith's estimate for the work was less than the others, and he wanted to only dig what was necessary as opposed to automatically digging up the entire line from house to street. His estimate included repairing sprinkler lines (standard) and replacing sod (unique to his bid). His estimate also included jetting a secondary line from the basement bathroom to the mainline. Due to circumstances beyond Keith's control the digging crew was delayed by two days and due to some difficulty with the fall from the house to the street it took an extra two days to finish the job. But they finished and everything is working well. Due to Keith's responsiveness (always quick to text me back with updates), thoroughness and overall reliability, I would recommend him and Rooterguy again.

I hired him to install the rough in plumbing for a dual vanity from a single sink. Brent came in right at 8am as scheduled and explained how he was going to do the job and he cleaned up everything afterward. I'm very pleased with the work that he did.

It was so nice that his visit was scheduled one afternoon for the next morning at 8. I thought he was just just going to quote me a price to install my toilet. He came at 8:10 and actually did the installation right then. Such good service. I was pleased with Brent's work and he upgraded some of the parts with better quality that he had with him. This was included in the final price. Now I can return the ones I had bought at Lowes. I would highly recommend Rooter Guy and Brent

Steve was great. He picked up the new toilets and took the old ones away all as part of one low fee. When I realized the toilets didn t come with seats, he asked his helper to pick them up for me at Home Depot saving me a trip.

clogged bathtub drain . all plumbing were 90 years old . He could fix and clear the drain ,without making too many damage on the wall and not jack hammering the ground as he was supposed to . So it was nicely done
