Rooter Guy, LLC

It was fast & friendly & easy on my wallet

We received excellent help from Kris. He was very patient working with us to determine what to do, found the problem quickly, and he did a great job of not only repairing the primary problem at hand, but also discovered a second issue to also be repaired. He was very friendly, helpful and did a great job. I would recommend this company especially if you can get Kris!

Laif , did a outstanding job , he was fast , courteous and cleaned up. Thanks

Kris was great. He was professional, efficient, and made sure I understand the work necessary to fix my issues. I will definitely use Rooter Guy again and highly recommend the company to family & friends.

The technician was honest. He could have sold me a new water heater. The humidifier pad got dislodged.

Came out fast and fixed the problem quickly!

Steve and Chris came out the first time to scope and clear blockage from the house to the street. They explained everything and I watched them start to finish. They took their time, cleared the line and cleaned up afterward. They were also very careful how they took their equipment through the house. During scoping they found the ceramic line, which should be straight, had a belly or downward bow about 10' long as it transitioned under the front yard toward the cities main line. Steve came out with Laith to hydro jet in order to remove roots at the tap. This also helped clean out solids that sat at the bottom of the bow. I watched all of this through their scope. The plumbing is running smoothly now but will call them back out at a later time to replace the bowed section under the front yard. This was at my son's house but I have come to trust Rooter Guy and will call them for any plumbing issues at my house as well as my son's. They are very professional and knowledgeable and showed up when they said they would. I would recommend them to anyone that has any plumbing issues.
