Honestly the entire experience was perfect. I called up, the customer service rep was delightful and she had someone out to my house in about 3 hours. Gary was great too! He didn t pressure me into anything and did a great job explaining the problems and possible solutions. I did decide to just replace my water heater, but feel comfortable about the service plan I purchased. He replaced it that day and went out of his way to drive all over Denver for me and even helped me put the room back together after. I sincerely appreciated the entire team!

I would gladly work with these guys again. Steve & Joseph worked late to replace a gas valve after noticing a gas smell after they installed a new water heater. No complaints, and nothing but smiles. They just wanted to ensure the safety of my family.

On time, nice job. Fairly pricey but I haven't hired a plumber in a while so not sure what the going rate is...would call them back.

They replaced two plastic washers worth $.99 each on my bathroom sink and originally told me $250 for the job. I balked and they reduced the price. Way too expensive, even though the service was good and the work done correctly.

Very responsive customer service. I had a water heater replaced and while it was not completely dead, getting a water heater replaced is one of those things you want to be over sooner rather than later. These guys came the same day I requested the quote and did the job.

Kris is a wonderful asset for your company. He was early and stayed until he was comfortable with the results of the job. It wasn t a fun job but he was great! I m very happy with the job he did.

I had the dreaded backed up sewer line. This company was the 5th plumbing company I talked with. The first four I met with gave me much higher quotes saying I needed more extensive work than was necessary. The original cast iron line has partially disintegrated causing a belly. I was frustrated, not knowing anything about sewer lines. By the time I talked with Keith at Rooter Guy, I was fairly knowledgeable in sewer line replacement. Their quote was reasonable and Keith seemed the most knowledgeable and professional. They ended up replacing about 15' of line and flushed out the rest. The process included camera scoping of the line in the beginning for diagnosis, and following the flush to make sure it was fixed. In addition to the excellent workmanship that Steven and Jason, Master Plumber,provided, they were super nice and reassuring. They went about their work quietly and provided excellent clean up. No surprises with this company. I'm recommending them to all my friends and neighbors!

Requested a bid on a Saturday for 2 valve replacements (main line and dishwasher) using Home Advisor and got a call within 60 seconds of my request. Scheduled work for Monday. They were able to arrive 2 hours earlier than expected. Kris was great, explaining in layman's terms what needed to be done. He was very professional and accomplished the work quickly and efficiently. I'll definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

The tech was able to come same day on a Saturday. He was professional and friendly. Advised me of the problem and cost up front. Cost was reasonable and although my issue caused a bit more time and effort the cost quoted did not change. Will use them again.
