I see that our tech Was scheduled to return for a second attempt to repair that tricky shower valve, we will always try the most cost effective repair when possible to save our customers money, This may not always work. Rooter Guy, you are the best!!! We needed to have our Sewer Main Line replaced, and called RooterGuy. Kyle came out inspected the line. He saw the problem and explained what it would take to replace the line. Him and the crew were here on the day Kyle and I agreed on. Kyle went on to explain exactly what would be done. The crew did a great job, with no delays or surprises. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the professionalism, and work, Kyle and the crew performed. The repair took a couple of days,because he had to find the right size part. Our shower fixture isn't a standard size. Even though he had to go to a couple of places to get the right part, he didn't charge us any extra for his time. The shower faucet is working again. He was very courteous and careful.

Manny was friendly and showed up same day. He explained in detail what the issue was, and he layed out protective item to not get water on floor. He didn't have the parts so he had to go to store to get. I had to leave work twice to meet him. Cost more than I thought , but overall, everything was good.
