We are family owned and operated. We still run on word of mouth advertising rather than taking out ads that are costly, this helps us save money so that we may pass on that savings to our customers. We have 2,000+ ratings on the Angi website, real customers whom we have provided a service to, from minor drain cleaning to large scale whole sewer replacements, and though we know all of this may not matter to most consumers, we work very hard and pride ourselves to do well and make sure that all of our customers feel comfortable with us and our services. We have always felt good about our experiences with Rooter Guy in the past. Our most recent experience was a little less satisfactory than usual. Different plumber, so maybe just a personality thing. I still haven't gotten my receipt and have asked for it twice. I would still use them again.

Gary was very professional and really knew his trade. He could look at a pipe or fixture and know who made it, when it was made and if it could be replaced. I'm very impressed with his expertise and they have the fairest rates in town! Rooter Guy will be our plumbing service for ANYTHING plumbing we need done in the future. Such a hard worker and very polite and friendly! You could not ask for a better or more fair plumbing company. Gary was great and so is their office assistant, Marti.

Nicko was great. We were having granite counters put in and the contractor changed the install date. Nicko went out of his way to change his schedule to help accommodate us. He went above and beyond. He was reasonable and very accommodating. I would definitely use him again.

Rooterguy was a great choice. They were competitively priced, provided feedback during the project, and I am very satisfied. I live in Minnesota and my sewer main repair is at my home in Colorado. It's hard to manage a project when you do not live there. Rooterguy did a great job! Sewer was broken and leaking due to tree roots. Rooterguy had to use pipe burst method which was more $ than originally quoted. But my choices were pipe burst or excavate my concrete front porch...which would have been even more $. I would recommend Rooterguy!
