Had a leaking toilet, however, it took the water remediation guy toi figure out that it was the toilet that was leaking. I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. I paid for a diagnostic, but really. they didn't diagnose anything.

Rooter Guy was extremely professional and efficient. They completed the job when they said they would. Also, in replacing my sewer line, they came across an area that used to be where the septic tank was that was never filled in. Instead of ignoring it and just replacing the line, Rooter Guy had the hole filled properly and charged me only their cost. Rooter Guy is a local Denver company that takes pride in their work and it shows. They weren't the lowest bid, but they were worth the money (which was reasonable) and I would definitely recommend them for projects.

I received two quotes for a leaky pipe. the first quote was from a very popular pro on this site, but was for the completely incorrect fix. I would have paid $350 for a repair that would have left me right where I started. Manny with Rooter Guy came in for their quote, showed me exactly where the leak was through some testing and then also fixed another sink drain also. He was fantastic. I rated a 5 on Value for Money as the price seemed reasonable but I don't really know so take that with a grain of salt.

They did a good job and was fast. But they don't take check and want to take credit card over the phone without me seeing the work. I had trouble and did not want to give out credit card number. So we had some issue with it. Eventually I have meet them to pay cash.

Nico showed up in less than an hour, called me with his thoughts on what caused the leak, fixed it, and even offered to tightened the shower head and add gaskets if needed. He went above and beyond, was very professional, and arrived quicker than I could have imagined. I hope I don't have to use him again, but if I do, he's the man to call.

Nico was awesome - he came by to assess the situation, give recommendations on what should be done. With his 22 years of experience, I didn't second guess him, and I trusted his opinion. He was swamped, but he made it back to my house later in the day after his other projects were complete. He got it all done, and I would recommend him to anyone. I will be setting up another appointment for hot water heater soon, and I will go with Rooter Guy. Thanks!
