RooterGuy Plumbing has over 30 years plus of experience BBB Accredited since 2012 specializing in all facets of the plumbing work, from drain clearing to whole house piping. We are family owned and operated. We still run on word of mouth advertising rather than taking out ads that are costly, this helps us save money so that we may pass on that savings to our customers. We have 2,000+ ratings on the Angi website, real customers whom we have provided a service to, from minor drain cleaning to large scale whole sewer replacements, and though we know all of this may not matter to most consumers, we work very hard and pride ourselves to do well and make sure that all of our customers feel comfortable with us and our services. Quick turnaround and fast and efficient work. Came out same day and did the work in a 1/2 hour. Even stayed around to test the dishwasher to make sure there weren't any leaks.

3 of the 4 companies did not call me, did not come on site, or misdiagnosed the problem. The Rooter Guy came on site (inside as well as out) and explained the way my water system worked. Between the two of us, we figured out the problem may not have been in the water main. Gordon was able to quickly rig up a test. We determined the problem was in the sprinkler system. The problem appears to be at the valves. I'm postponing that repair until the spring.

Rooter Guy responded to our request within 5 minutes of submitting it and was able to send Manny out for a free estimate within 3 hours. Manny was incredibly helpful and genuine. His honestly put my mind at ease that the job would be done right and at a reasonable cost. I had a situation with my plumbing arise that night that required prompt attention the next day and Manny was able to come by and fix it right away.

Manny was on time and very professional. Considering the age of the water supply line, parts were replaced, fixtures were fastened and sealed properly. In the end, I was offered a one year warranty on parts and service. I was very pleased.
