We still run on word of mouth advertising rather than taking out ads that are costly, this helps us save money so that we may pass on that savings to our customers. We called Rooter out because we had an issue with a sewage back up. They went above and beyond. They cleared it and even liaison with the city for us to get the problem situated in the street. We would highly recommend these guys to anybody. They were fantastic.

my only concern is that another contractor for the same company quoted me $100 more than another one for the same job. He stated that the reason for this was that it was an emergency weekend service charge and the contractor that I hired stated that they do not charge this kind of fee.

King Rooter was excellent about showing up on short notice and the gentleman was professional. However, he didn't have a cutter on the end of his power snake, so I'm not confident the drain is fully cleared. He did extend the warranty period of his work, which is much appreciated. I felt the price was way too high, but when it's a Friday evening, you go with who you can get.

The owner of the company honored his price from the previous Fall (when I first had the job bid) when I called him this Spring. The work was completed ina timely manner and according to our arrangements. My only complaint would be the mess that was made and the half-hearted attempt at cleaning it up. That is unfortunately all too common these days though, and I wouldn't let it keep me from calling them again or recommending them to a friend.
