Clean, professional, prompt, and reasonable. I had Rooter Guy service for a sewer backup, and they offered me an alternative repair that fit my budget that has worked well since the repair. They put a clean-out in my front yard and did not destroy my landscaping. They were careful and courteous about the job. I have had them back twice for yearly maintenance, and both times they gave me the same high level of service as I have learned to expect from them.

Gary was on-time and did a great job. He checked out our drain, made sure it was clear, and answered all of our questions. More importantly, he took the time to make sure his work was right the first time. He also wrote up an excellent description of what he had done for our warranty claims. Would I call Rooter Guy again and ask for Gary? The answer is a simple 'Yes'. If you need good work done at a fair price (and a price you can count on), then call Rooter Guy. Grade: A+

The best plumbing company in Denver. I've used Rooter Guy for smaller jobs (frozen pipes, thermocoupler on hot water heater), but recently my sewer backed up into my basement. I felt like the only person on earth and was fearful that this would break the bank. Russ and Gordon own the company and because i'd used them before, gave me an incredible deal to fix the issue. They are extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, reliable, TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST! I can say its the best experience i've ever had with a contractor and i would highly highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues. A truly great group of guys!

I hired Rooter Guy to do a spot fix on our sewer main. They gave us a good estimate on both the spot fix as well as the worst case scenario of replacing everything out to the city's main. They were the lowest on the spot fix and worked with me to get the "worst case" estimate comparable to the other compainies. Rooter Guy responded quickly (within a couple of hours) after I signed up on Service Magic. They gave me an estimate the next morning and started the following day, which was a Saturday (and for no extra charge). Everyone I worked with was knowledgable and very friendly. Would definitely call them again.

Rooter Guy was courteous, knowledgeable and able to clear the drain fast. Price was reasonable for the work. Contractor needs to try to keep his equipment cleaner between jobs so he doesn't bring dirt from other jobs into the home. This just makes the contractor and/or homeowner spend more time cleaning up after the work is done. Otherwise very happy with the work.

He called minutes after I hit the submit button, came out promptly and gave me a fair estimate to complete the work. He showed up to do the job when he said and completed it quickly and cleaned up any mess. I would highly recommend him I needed a shut off valve replaced and a toilet repair.
