new sewer line job acceptable. equipment in poor state of maintenance. took much longer to finish than estimated due to breakdowns and having too many other jobs going at the same time. no effort to remediate lawn damage from heavy equipment, no effort to save sod and topsoil at excavation sites which will necessitate homeowner having to provide sod and topsoil at his expense. basically sloppy and disorganized execution of a rather expensive job. with a little care and planning, well maintained machinery and correct measurement of new pipe this job could easily have been completed in one day rather than one week.

Gary came out promptly and replaced the pump. Also referred me to a great company to clean up the water in the crawl space. He had to come back out due to a possible leak, found the minor issue and repaired at no extra expense. Solid professional and would recommend him to anyone for plumbing needs.

He was very informative and humorous as well, and he stayed until the job was done, even when it wound up being a bigger job than originally thought. He came to my house on a weeknight and actually waited for me to arrive as I had gotten stuck in some traffic on my way home. He did a great job and it was a pleasure doing business with him.

They did a good job on taking care of the lack of water pressure in the kitchen sink, but it was a very pricey fix. They also assured me we needed an additional job done on the dishwasher that would run another $165 (I can have a new DW purchased, delivered and installed for $220), which I declined.
