Great service. Came on time for estimate and service. Scheduling was very easy. I would definitely recommend!

I was quoted on the day I was contacted this company by a person names Mike and was told it would cost me $175 to $200 to do this work. When the installed came he told me it would be $250 to $300 to do this work. After trying to contact Mike unsuccessfully the installer gave me the $175 price. The installer told me the work came with a 6 month warranty and after the leak came back in a few hours they sent the same installer who could not fix the leak and said the warranty only covered this one last visit.

Hired to replace 2 faucet cartridges. They went to get parts. They came back and replaced first one. Then they announced they couldn't find cartridge for 2nd faucet. They reduced bill by on $40. Promised to come back in a few weeks. Never returned. Never called. Never would have agreed to price I was charged. Outrageous!

Originally, I had high ratings for Rooter Man, but after we had another plumber come and do a 2nd assessment, we realized they did not give us a thorough enough assessment of where the problem could be, were too pricey a look at our sewage pipes, and overall quoted the work we need done over $1k more than another plumber.

Service man M. Keo came within time frame and politely took off shoes w/out being asked. Was shocked with estimate cost but sadly only had one response from Home Advisor site and needed work done quickly. Also not sure about plumbing costs so maybe it was within reason. The previous item was not bad but would have preferred to be asked. It is a small bathroom so went in often to check on him/work but did not however so did not see it till later that a rag was not used on the shower pipe before the tool was put on to tighten, now it is scratched up! The receipt is a copy so hard to read. Later that evening I saw comments on their site *customer responsible for caulking*. Again I had not had plumbers do work. Until recently, we have done our own but dont plumbers caulk their own work?! Did nice work but not sure best price.

I highly recommend Rooter Man Plumbing based on their work replacing our main water line. Howard Stahl showed up quickly to assess our problem, recommend a solution, and provide us with the best price. When the leak got worse, he arranged for his crew to be here the next day (despite a snow storm) to start the work. Within 24 hours his crew had our front yard dug up, new copper supply line installed, line rerouted in our basement, and water turned back on! His crew, Jamie, Craig, and Alex (just some of the guys), were very courteous and respectful of our home. I plan to call on Howard and his crew for any future plumbing work we may have!

In this case 6 days ago rooter man came out very professional and polite but for 89.00 my rubber flap still don't sit over the drain in the tank. Nothing new added for replacement. When i get my next ssi check I'm going to request help again and watch. My water because of a robber flap that only need to be replaced is costing my water bill

I should have asked to look at the toilet before it was installed. It is not comfortable--too small. I am going to replace it with a bigger one and use the one he installed in a rental home that I own. The plumber was polite, and efficient. He did a neat job. I do not like the toilet seat, but that is my fault. I should have asked more questions.
