Reggie show up early, and was extremely professional. The problem turned out to be more complicated than a simple clog but he systematically targeted the problem and then used several different strategies to resolve it. His patience and persistence paid off and when he finished he did a good job putting things back and cleaning up. He also went out to a local hardware store and got parts to fix another problem with a drain which was above and beyond. I will definitely call him again should any other plumbing issues arise.

Our basement sewer drains backed up on a Saturday. Reggie showed up earlier than he stated. He was very professional when showed up and did a thorough job of checking and unclogging the drain and cleaning up after he was done.

Not professional, tell me one thing and denied what he said, Clean my sewer line and he said it broken. Paid cleaning $169 other company I had paid for $79. I have clean this line in last few year and this time the line broken. He suggest camera paid $150 and not send me report or CD to view why my line broken. I ask for CD he said another $75. Not upfront with me the cost and surprised to pay more . Riff off and not legitimate company. I was not present live 350 miles away so I need the report. He said show my tenant, tenant not speak English in fluently . tenant not hired him for the job, He said tell me what wrong in verbal, and refused and not send me report as he will when I was asked. He ask to repair the line for $3800 to $4200 . I have other company do for $4500 I would happy to go for more because this company legitimate I used them the past. Overall , I have bad experience , not professional , claim he is the owner, bad customer service, not happy and would not recommended to anyone.

He is very nice and professional. He gets things done in a timely manner.
