They were able to get someone to our house quickly. He came prepared with tools and parts and fixed two leaking toilets and three slow draining sinks in about an hour!

The historic storm of 12/17/23 to 12/18/23 left us without power and water intrusion into our basement the result of a buried and blocked perimeter drain outlet. Emergency contact with Rooter man of Eliot provided us with some comfort on how to handle the problem overnight with the promise if we called back in the morning they would schedule a visit to come out and investigate the problem. They did that and within 15 minutes found the buried drain outlet, unburied it and water was gushing out of it snd our basement. Very professional and effective would highly recommended them for water drainage issue.

So helpful during one of the most unfortunate experiences I ever had when the city sewer line backed up into my house. They cannot have been more helpful in getting the issue resolved, even came back and helped to make sure that all of the toilets and tubs and drains were operating. Could not recommend more!!!!

Rooter Man helped us with a clogged kitchen sink. The receptionist was friendly and got someone out the same morning we called. David came out to help and was very polite, informative, and got the job done quickly and effectively. We will use Rooter Man for future drain cleaning needs.

Came when they said they would. Did the job efficiently and thoroughly, explained the probable cause and how to avoid it. Quote was half the amount the other service I contacted quoted as thier base fee ($170 vs $345) and that is what they charged.

Anthony was very professional and new what he was doing, he was very prompt and personable. I am giving out the company info to many people,. Anthony cleared drains that 2 other companies could not clear, he also made some other things that will help us in the future. If I could rate a !0 plus I would. Great Company.
