Work was done quickly and well. He tried to fix the water pressure in my kitchen faucet (a secondary job, we called a plumber for the garbage disposal), and when he wasn't satisfied with how well he could fix it, didn't charge us.

Called up Frank and he was at my house in 30 minutes. Not only was he polite I found out he was the man that fixed my septic 6 years ago while working for a different company. And yes he did a great job with that also. that you for a job well done.

Frank answered my initial call right away on Friday PM and showed up promptly to assess the work that needed to be done. After the assessment he provided me with estimate and promised to return on Monday AM to repair. He found the main causes of the problem that he did not see on his initial visit. He ended up doing more work that he initially thought he need to do. He did fix everything that needed to be done and explained what were happening and what fixed were performed. The original quote was the final bill. Job well done, Frank!

Frank came over after another plumber did a no show. He was polite and fixed the problem in about 20 minute explained what he was doing and told me how to prevent in the future. He left the area cleaner then when he arrived. I will use Frank again -- he is very good at his job

Frank came over & gave me an estimate lower than the competitor. He answered my questions to my satisfaction. On the day of replacing my water heater Frank was prompt & worked efficiently. I am pleased with the initial quality.

There product and service were first rate and the installer did his job very well. My only objection is that I paid for Cadillac service and product when the Chevy model had worked well for 15 years and a similar replacement would have saved $500-$600. That ultimately was my choice and not the provider.

All the amazing reviews for Western Washington Plumbing, LLC are true! Our house required a pressure release valve for our outside faucets. We have moved to Michigan & were really worried about getting a plumber out who could do the work at a reasonable price. Elvis is awesome! He is one one of the nicest guys ever! He was very easy to work (even a bunch of states away). He was willing to do the work on short notice & it was completed quickly too. If you need any plumbing work do not look any further that WWP.

My hot water heater was scheduled for replacement on Monday. But on Sunday, the supply valve started spewing water, flooding my floor and the two apartments below me. So my repair turned into an emergency, and these guys answered the call for help. They repaired the valve on Sunday and returned on Monday for the install, and didn't charge me extra Sunday or emergency fees. Elvis, who I spoke to on the phone, and Frank, who did the repair work are awesome. I don't know that they are the best price, but all the companies seem to be within a couple of hundred dollars of each other. And I would rather hire small business owners with a good rating, than a large company, even if it costs slightly more, because that's where you get the best service. I certainly appreciated them not making it more expensive for me due to the emergency situation, which already had me stressed out enough. Thanks you guys!!

Frank and Elvis are by far the most awesome and talented contractors I have ever hired. They set the standard so high no one else can come close. After a lengthy and horribly finished remodel, they came in and found, and repaired the major of my botched plumbing problems caused by an extremely inept contractor. without there expertise, knowledge and keen eye we would have had major damage to our condo. Add to that, personable, honest and dedicated to their work (and reasonable) you have the perfect combination!!!!!!
