RooterMan diagnosed the issue as a faulty cartridge and quoted me $195. I informed them that I had already installed a new cartridge. They removed it, reinstalled it, and turned the water on and off a few times. I was then told the handle would be tight for a few days but should loosen over time. However, that has not been the case, as the handle has not loosened and remains in the same condition as when I initially installed it. I later called and spoke with dispatch, who stated that Sam was ?in trouble? for undercharging. That comment raised additional concerns for me, and it is what ultimately led me to file this complaint. I feel I was overcharged without receiving a proper repair or resolution.

Thank you guys... you did the job but, it took a lot of time and the price was extremely expensive

Rooterman worked around my schedule. The plumbers explained my options and the benefits. They replaced the washer hookup faucets and put shutoff valves on the pipes. They also put new emergency shutoff valves for the whole house. I found the price to be reasonable for the work done.

They came out the next morning and fixed our issues quickly and professionally.

They were the first & only Plumber's to contact us and came out the day after we posted. They showed up on time, gave us an estimate which we compared to another we had already had, they had the better bid. We asked when they could do the job & they said right now if you want us to. They started the job and then had to go get a part. They came right back, continued to work on the gas line. The job couldn't be finished that day, they needed to go get one more special fitting and would need to come back the next work day. We paid half in good faith. The following day they returned with the needed fitting, completed the job. Paul & Kevin were professional and courteous, the area was cleaned and everything was in working order. I would recommend them to other's needing Plumbing.

Kevin and Paul were the techs who arrived right on time this morning to move the gas pipe behind my new stove so I could access my dishwasher right next to the range. They were courteous and professional, answered all my questions and cleaned up before they left. I would recommend Rooterman to anyone who has a plumbing problem of any kind!

I’m very pleased with the quick turnaround time. I requested a quote on Sunday and Rooterman had someone come out the next day to take a look. I accepted the quote and he completed the work within a few hours. He had to run out a few times to get parts but he was always polite and professional, and happily answered my questions.
