Good customer service. Came on time. Kept us informed of their progress. Some issues with work. He came at the time he promised. But, didn't have long enough snake. He rescheduled for following day. Arrived on time with the right equipment and took care of the clog. After he left, we noticed a leak at one of the joints he disassembled and assembled. It wasn't a big deal to call him back to fix. I fixed it myself. Overall, I recommend him for the work. On time (very important for my wife), courteous, capable, and did the work at the price he quoted in advance.

Abdul Qader is a proactive, courteous, knowledgeable professional. He did his work in a very competent manner and clearly explained to me, in advance, what steps he was taking to fix my broken faucet. He did a throrough job. I will call him again if any other plumbing issues come up in my house.
