They contacted the repirman and gave him my name but neglected to tell him the agreed time of 10.00 AM. After calling them back the repairman called me and told me that he will arrive at 3.00 PM, which he did. We agreed on a price for the labor since I already bought the faucet. Although I thought that the price was somewhat high but the repairman encountered unexpected difficulty in removing the old faucet. He was patient and courteous throughout the job.

He was a very good plumber and I would use him again. In fact he is fixing another problem for me. Thanks again.

I can't begin to tell you how pleased I was with the service provided, I was really happy with the outcome -- and it didn't cost me an "arm and a leg" as had been communicated to me by a previous bidder. The price for the job was a pleasant surprise and the fellows who did the work were fun and quick -- what more could anyone ask.

I loved the quick response, however, the price of $129. was way over budget for me. I only wanted the noise of toilet to cease. I think if you price the starting rate of $89.on the web, that would stop a lot of tripsto homes that might not want to pay that flat fee upfront.thanks

This was last estimate given, and we dealed to get a fair price. Turned out a bit more work than thought, but honored price agreed upon. Great job done, didn't mind helping out when necessary including clean up. They knew I was on atight budget and worked with me to get business. Honest and complete. Will give future work to and reccommend to all.

I thought their price was a little high and was disappointed that although I had put that I had a broken sink stopper they did not have one and so just removed the broken one. Now I have a sink with no stopper.

The only problem is that my toielt is still stop up. I not sure if I need a new toielt or if I need them to come back. They were very good but I'm still unsure about my toielt.
