These guys were great. Gus was very polite, efficient and his services were reasonably priced. He did not try to price gouge us or make us pay for things we didnâ t need.

Todd Root has replaced our disposal, fixed our emergency leak in our sump pump pipe, fixed our slow drain in the kitchen sink and adjusted our toilet that wouldn't shut off after flushing, and fixed our shower that was installed by someone who did not set the control to deliver water hot enough. He has always been very prompt and has called when he was delayed. Very professional and reliable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Root's plumbing immediately contacted me after asking on Home Advisor. They were able to schedule my vanity/plumbing install a day later. Promptly at my home at 8:00 and finished the project in about 2 hours. Did a bit of extra work (cutting baseboard to fit vanity against wall, bolted the vanity to the wall, tightening plumbing on the kitchen sink) without added cost. I would highly recommend Roots Plumbing for any plumbing job.

They responded quickly to every contact. They want to do the work correctly and to code. They started work quickly. The only reason I have not given them 5 on value is because they have not finished yet. They should get it done in a day overall and the estimate if fine. The experience has been surprisingly professional.

I did not know who to trust to come into my home and do pluming work, but Todd returned my call promptly (on a Saturday), and able to make the appt. within my quick time frame. They arrived 20 mins early to see what I needed done. He listened and confirmed my expectations, showed me how he could fix my problem, and quoted a price prior to doing the work, which was done timely and efficiently, and there was no mess left. Before leaving, he confirmed I understood the receipt, and said to call him if I needed any assistance when they bring my new dishwasher. Todd Root and his assistant Caleb were both very professional and provided a high level of customer service and respect. I will be having him return in the spring to fix my outside faucet.
