Roov was amazing!! After being told that we simply didn't have any hail damage and just a worn roof, their representative jumped up there and showed me pictures of two dozen areas with issues. They were kind, professional, and led us through the entire process with our insurance company. I couldn't have asked for a more seamless experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Roov for your next roof. Did I mention that it also looks fantastic!!

Great experience, not only did they strip the old roof, but for a few minor finishing tiles on the ridges, the crew hauled the materials up by hand and ladder AND got the entire roof up to code (they literally had to install plywood over the entire roofing area on top of the ship lap!) and installed in one day. ROOV prepped us for the experience with the roof assessment and answered all our concerns and questions in a timely manner. Afterward when it was dark the crew did an excellent job cleaning up the mess, granted a few small bits here and there were missed but the effort they put forth in cleaning and clearing the jobsite in the dark no less was exceptional! They crew was considerate and the manager and supervisors checked on progress throughout the day, best part was zero damage to the property. Definitely a weight off our minds that we have an excellent roof installed with new gutters!

Roov had recently done some work in my area and they had a team go survey the aren when they came to my door. They gave my roof a free survey and gave me the results. I chose not to do business right at that moment, but a few months later, we began to have a leak. They came back out to survey again and patched the leak free of charge, just to help us get by. I knew then that Roov was the real deal. I signed up to work with them and the process was ridiculously easy. Their teams were very kind and very knowledgeable both in how to do the job and how to work with your insurance. Due to the season, we had to wait a few weeks for our replacement job to come up. As the day was approaching, they made sure we knew what to expect and answered any questions we had. On the day of our replacement, they were able to take off the old shingles, replace boards, and put up the new shingles in a single day. Not only that, but it was due to rain that day and they finished it, with hours to spare, and had zero issues with the rain later on! I have zero regrets working with Roov. I'm very fortunate to have worked with such an amazing group of people that really do care about their customers!
