Customer service was horrible. First of all, on the day of service he never showed up. Two guys were sent to my home early that morning. One was the tree trimmer and the other guy asked me what else they were doing. Our service was to have some landscaping done also, but it was not my job to tell them what they needed to do. We were charged for work that was not done and Roper never got back to us after several calls. We are seniors and feel that we were taken advantage of. He should be removed from your list. I would really appreciate it if you can tell me how we can get reimbursed for the work they failed to do.

Roper employees were skilled and professional and did the work quickly. I also gave them another job to do while they were there, and they did a great job on that too. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I had a dead oak tree that needed to be removed. The tree sat very close to my house with branches spread out over my brand new roof (I had re roofed a month ago). I didn't want anyone walking on my new roof if it could be avoided. William Roper came to look at the tree on a Saturday, scheduled me for tree removal on the following Wednesday. He came with a crane/cherry picker. The trimmer in the basket cut the branches that were over the roof and roped them down never walking on the roof. William Roper's crew of five were super careful, hard working and worked together as a team. They left my property clean and neat. I will be working with them again for certain.
