Initial cleaning was incomplete. They returned with a supervisor to clean again. Lack of training was evident. Rosa Rios told me I could wait to pay and then cleaning people asked for payment. Very unprofessional. Rosa said she can't tell all cleaning crews ahead of time so they all ask for payment. I am not going to use them again.
