Carlos Rosado was prompt in coming to see the problem tiling in our cellar. I had the tiles tested by ProLab, and needed a professional to clean up and properly dispose of the asbestos-contaminated tiles. I got 2 companies to come and bid. I believe the other company was fine, but I really liked Carlos being proactive. He noticed old ceiling tiles and brought those to my attention. (Better to know what one is dealing with, and take care of that if they were also contaminated!) So I got those tested; luckily no asbestos was detected. Carlos explained the whole process clearly. And his company is a small family-run business, which appealed to me. Carlos working right along with his crew; they were very courteous and careful to do the job right, thoroughly tenting the work area to seal it off from the rest of the house, for example. They had the right equipment to do the job efficiently. I would recommend Rosado Environmental in a heartbeat, for others who discover a similar predicament of old asbestos flooring tiles to remove from their homes. Maybe you think me guilty of grade inflation, but Carlos worked my job into his schedule efficiently and they got the job well done.

I hired Rosado Environmental to remove asbestos from a three decker in Worcester. From the beginning Carlos was commutative, up front, and polite. He prioritized my project ahead of the coming holiday and actually did the removal on a Sunday. As promised he coordinated with the city to get the inspection done before the holiday. We took a chance on Carlos and his company after getting several- - wildly different quotes for a relatively simple asbestos abatement job (i.e., removing a popcorn ceiling with asbestos). Carlos's estimate was the lowest (but close to another more established and top-rated company) and since his company was less than 2 years old, I did make sure to talk to him after my wife met with him at the house. With a BBB A-rating and a few quality online reviews on his side, we decided to give him a chance after a positive phone conversation. I'm glad we did. Carlos is fully dedicated to his business and his customers. Carlos was hands-on and actually worked on our project. He understands that building his company's reputation is through satisfied customers and goes out of his way to make sure that happens. His work was meticulous, clean, and as quoted without surprises. He took care of everything including required DEP permits, third-party inspection of work and air quality testing (required by DEP), and proper disposal of materials and provided paperwork related to the disposal. He made asbestos mitigation as carefree as it can be. A great guy that is not looking to make a quick buck, but is carefully building his company (now up to 12 people) and giving his customers the most professional of services and his expertise when it comes to these delicate jobs. Carlos and Rosado Environmental did an outstanding job on a recent asbestos removal project in my basement. Friendly, honest, capable and hardworking crew who are fully licensed and insured. The project was to remove and dispose of kitchen and dining area linoleum flooring from the mid 60's which tested positive for asbestos. The expected one day job turned into two with no complaints or shortcuts from Rosado LLC. Once the inspector performed his visual inspection and tested the air, the crew removed the plastic protective sheeting and wiped down the entire kitchen area. The room was spotless before they left. Rosado Environmental LLC has a hardworking team of men and women. Carlos is very easy to communicate with and explains everything well. I will hire his company again for other upcoming projects.

I found Carlos to be extremely responsive and communicative from initial quote to final paperwork delivery. It was a relatively small asbestos abatement job but that didn't show from the attentiveness to detail and the drive to get the job done. Would recommend very highly.
