Rosa's House Cleaning

I hired Rosa and her team to clean the house that I was getting ready to move into on March19. They finished and when I returned and saw the work that they had done, I was amazed and hired them to clean out the apartment that I would be moving out of the following week. The floors looked like new floors ,the stain in the toilet bowl that both me and my Son had tried to get rid of ,looked like a new one, in fact every thing was spotless. March 26,Rosa and her Team came to clean the apartment that I moved out of, and they did another 5 Star job, the apartment looked like it did when I moved into in last June1,2019. I will be using her when I need another job done and is telling everyone I know about her because I am so happy that I choose her and you will not be disappointed if you hire her. Frances R :)

Excellent job cleaning my one bedroom "man cave" apt. Highly recommend!

Ask for a quote and a break down of costs. The cleaners were late for appointment and spent 7 hours at the house which included a lunch break I was charged overtime fees. (overtime in CA occurs after 8 hours) I hired three cleaners to clean a new construction. When I returned from work, the cleaners had finished the upstairs in five hours. They brought on two additional cleaners in the middle of project. Interesting note. With supervision, the cleaners were able to finish downstairs in two hours. The downstairs had more areas to clean. The cleaners prolonged their time and added additional cleaners The cost was $800. I had multiple cost estimates around $400. I choose the wrong cleaning company.

I have hired professional cleaning services off and on for the last 35 years. No one has EVER done as good a job here as Rosa and her crew. I'm a slob. I work at home. Things even worse when I'm on a big project. It's as if I look up at the end and go, "OMG, what a mess!" No more. I have hired Rosa's Cleaning to come in regularly. I could not believe the detail of the work. No dust anywhere, and everything scrubbed so clean. Recommend? Oh heck yeah!!!

I was very happy with her service. The ladies were thorough. Rosa was supposed to call and reschedule to clean the rest of the house but I found out she had an emergency and was unable to let me know. She called and apologized for not calling back. I will reschedule her to come back to finish at a later date. Thank you Rosa for your hard work.

She is thorough. She arrived 30 minutes late and didn't call to advise that she would be late. She said she would call and schedule another day to finish but I have not heard from her. I will be calling someone else.

Rosa and staff was awesome. Whole house cleaned. I work from home and did not notice them until they wanted to clean my office. Floors, stairs, living room, kitchen and bathrooms. They did more like a deep clean. Thanks for the terrific service. See you again in a few weeks.
