Sampling was not thorough enough (3 story house and samples were taken only on main level and basement.

The company showed up on time and did a great job at cleaning up. The price came up higher than what we were quoted but only because they found more asbestos than we previously realized, so that was okay, we are glad they took care of it!

They did a great job of properly removing asbestos from the popcorn ceilings in a house that I was fixing and flipping. I was able to get 2 estimates and theirs was the most reasonably priced. I learned a lot about asbestos and asbestos removal from them. It's definitely not something you should do yourself. It's important to have it done properly by a professional for the benefit of those living in the home, their neighbors, and the environment.

I would highly recommend Rose City Contracting. Dena, who answered the phone, was extremely patient with my many questions. She was very knowledgeable and helped me navigate through the whole process. The crew that came out to do the work was incredibly friendly and efficient. As the homeowner, we were kept abreast of all they were doing to remove the asbestos. We are very happy with the outcome.

Very nice guys came to do the work. They introduced themselves and told me what they would be doing and how long it would take. They answered questions I had and made me feel that we understood what the job would entail. I came back when they said they'd be done and they were finishing cleaning up. They had done a pretty good job of cleaning the job site and hauled everything away. I found a few little ledges where they had not vacuumed. They were hard to get to but asbestos freaks me out so I went over them with a wet paper towel. But other than that, it was all well done.

Great work done on schedule, fast and efficient. Very good at communication and follow-through. When DEQ (or whoever it was) came to inspect the inside/outside to make sure the area was clean and all, they even commented that this is some of the best work THEY'VE seen. So very good all around!

Jeff contacted me promptly and scheduled an inspection appointment. The work was done a week later by Carlos and Robert, and both were very conscientious and careful. They even did a small extra repair for free to ensure that a duct vent cover was properly affixed. Very highly recommended in all respects.

Asbestos Abatement: Rose City did a fantastics job! After contatcing Rose City, they came to my home the next day to give an estimate to remove a popcorn ceiling. Before the job started I was told exactly how many days they needed to complete the job. Rose City finished right on schedule! The workmanship quality was excellent... however the management never called to confirm the appointment, didn't show up on the right day....showed up at the wrong address....and put two big gouges into my wooden staircase...and even after all that they did such a great job, they were friendly and accomodating...i hope it just shows in the final bill
