Craftsmanship was acceptable. The desired work was done for the agreed amount. My job competed with a larger job for time and resources, thus the job took longer than needed to complete.

Mr Rose did a great job painting my hallway, kitchen and living room. I thought it was going to be a little bit of a challenge due to I have curved walls...with two different colors. Also, he stained my deck...everything in a timely manner and reasonable price.

They were out the same day I called and installed the chain link fence the next day for a very fair price. I would recommend Rose construction and will use them again for any needs I might have.

They came out to my house in a timely manner. They were able to fix 4 projects in one day for me and it did not cost a lot of money.

Exterior glass door is dragging at front corner now which is hard to open. In need of adjustment. Also the trim on the outside has a big gap on corner and not flush. Trim left dirty and power plug on keypad door lock not replaced correctly.

He promptly called me back, visited the house to diagnose the problem and gave me a price. He then showed up on-time and completed the work at the agreed upon rate and assured me that, if we had any continuing problems, he would gladly return to address them. I was very pleased with his attitude and work!

Mr Rose arrived on time with the required material. His work was first rate. Each day when the job was over, they cleaned the work area. If there was a question ,he answered it then. Very pleased with his work. Would recommend him and his crew.

Did a very good and thorough job. One and only problem my husband brought to my attention was a little mess on the deck that wasn't picked up and they placed the old door next to the house instead of the back yard as requested. Other then that, very hard working and determined to get the job done 100% right. Very friendly and helpful.

Jim and his son were pleasant to work with and did good work for a reasonable price. I hired them to do a few tasks-installing storm windows in a shed, roof vents in the shed, attic screens and drywall repair behind my washing machine. They showed up on time and finished when promised. I would hire them again and recommend them to others in this area.
