I am an professional photographer and have photographed many renovation projects for local magazines. I hired Rose Construction to renovate an investment property that my husband and I purchased. What I have noticed, (and see a lot of completed remodeling projects), is that their finish work is flawless. Many of the projects I have photographed don't really have great finish work when you get up close. But for this company, the paint, the caulk, the surfaces are all flawless. The doors are all perfectly hung. They take care of all the little details that a typical homeowner might not know to look for such as making sure walls are level and plumb. We genuinely enjoyed working with them, whereas lot of people hate their builders by the end of the process. I think they are great people who really care and aren't just saying it. And their work is stellar.

These guys did a great job. We had a variety of large jobs to complete on my house and my mom’s across the street. They did a wonderful job and were very professional from the day we met. These guys are more consultants then General Contractors. They had great suggestions as to how to complete the jobs meeting our needs while staying under budget! They were very knowledgeable of the zoning, parish codes and ordinances. I would recommend this company to any one! You get to work with an interior designer, General Contractor and production managers who keep you updated throughout the project.

I opened a Pilates studio and gym in a space that was formerly a pet store. I hired Rose for the conversion as their bid was the most reasonable and they seemed trustworthy after having done a project for a friend. They knocked out the front wall and put in ceiling to floor glass and two entry glass doors. They put in a kitchen and expanded bathrooms and did the finished concrete floor in the studio and gym. I plan to open a second gym in Kenner this fall and if I do I know where to look for help.

Rose de Nola pulled me out of a tight spot on a house flip after another contractor failed to meet expectations. They fixed a serious foundation issue on the existing home and added a master bath and master bedroom in under 5 weeks, turn-key. The house was on the market and sold in less than 2 months and the build was permitted with plans. That's an impressive feat and the project manager for my job kept me in the loop along the way. Well done.

We hired Rose de Nola Contracting to improve our backyard layout. We had an old deck torn down and beautiful multi-level deck with splash stair-case and a gable roof patio cover with two ceiling fans put in. The bead-board ceiling really makes the finished product pop. The finished product is completely different from our vision, but we love it! The designer was very helpful bringing our vision to life. Give them a call.

Choosing Rose de Nola for our room addition and bath remodel was the best decision we've ever made concerning our home. We got their name from a friend who had used them to build a loft on their garage. Our project started by converting two bedrooms to a second master suite with a bathroom and renovating an existing bathroom. . We weren't quite sure what we wanted. We had limited space and we needed someone who could "think outside the box." We met with several other contractors, but when Jordan shared his vision for our project, we knew we had truly found someone with a gift. We were amazed with the attention to detail, his ability to finish on time, and his willingness to stay within our budget. They attended to our project as if they were working on their home. The designer was especially concerned with making the new addition fit architecturally with the pre-existing 15 year old structure. During the 10 month project, our project manager was either on site or just a phone call away. You could tell that he had put tremendous effort into building relationships with sub-contractors who could meet his expectations. It's been two years since our project was finished. I can still pick up the phone and call Jordan for anything. Within two rings, he is ready to personally handle a warranty issue or stop by to tighten the hinges on a door. That's why I'm always happy to provide a review for them. We've never had that kind of service and care from anyone we've worked with. Someday, I'm going to buy a piece of land and build a brand new home. Rose de Nola will handle everything when that happens.

Jordan and his crew were very professional. They communicated with me through out the entire project. They finished ahead of schedule and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. I know I will use them for any future endeavors . Overall great experience, same day quote and the first contractor to reach out to me!

We had always wanted to finish our basement, but never had the time or the money. When our youngest child left for college we decided to make our dreams become a reality. We spent two weeks trying to arrange bids on the work at RDN were the first company to call us back and the only outfit to show up on time. The project manager was actually on site for the vast majority of the work and the designer consulted with us on a layout that would lead to a good return on investment when we sold the house. We had help picking the trim, paint colors and flooring finishes and we couldn't be happier with the final results. The only thing I would suggest they could improve upon was the build time. Due to rain the project took about 4 weeks to finish our 800 square foot basement from start to finish. I would suggest you get a bid from RDN before you start any major renovation or remodel as this is their specialty.
