Rose Pools

Took forever to finally get the project started then he had to cancel due to a family emergency sent a friend of his out to do the pool. the friend did the Pool crooked. It was not installed properly. It?s swimmable, but it?s not safe to keep it permanently like this when I reached out to have it fixed he still has not responded back to me his friend who did his job, but he got paid for made excuses on why he?s not gonna come out and fix it. We paid for the ground to be leveled and the pool to be installed the ground was partially leveled already the excuse from the other person that this person subcontracted was that my mother-in-law supposedly said we could not afford sand and it was fine as a professional you should not install something unless it?s done right or it goes against your name now I have to find somebody to come out and redo it so that it?s ready for next year complete waste of $2000. Not to mention the liner is sticking out.

Efficient and came as scheduled. I appreciate that they were on time and communicated via text to let me know that they were on the way. Products and services were recommended but not in a pushy hard sell way, just informative. I will use them for maintenance and closing this year.
