There is a lot with this guy, I don?t even don?t know where to start, CJ is a smooth talker, and at the same time very rude! He?s very condescending, he didn?t finish the job! I have no door knobs, or handles, as you see in the pictures. We had a leaded glass side door,,, which needed replaced, on the opposite side of the foyer we have the same door, which you can now see is a plywood door. We would have been great replacing the whole door, not even the same design,,,,, but CJ insisted he had a guy to fix the leaded glass panel. And was gonna charge us an additional $862.00 dollars, but it didn?t work out cause it would have costed more than he expected. HE suggested to buy a different door, which at the beginning, that?s what we wanted. No only does this guy argue with the customer, and what they asked for,,, he tries to insist his ways are better. Even his worker Steven bitches about him because he dosent have the materials that?s needed for the job. This guys sucks, do not hire!

CJ installed a 16?x33? outdoor porch covering (shingled), a 10?x10? outdoor kitchen, new 16?x16? room, generator outlet, and some fence work. Of those items, not a single one has not had to be redone. He has had to repair the fence twice (and I will again), rewire the generator cable, multiple leaks from the roof, and the outdoor kitchen was not installed correctly and the bar counter top will be replaced again for the third time. All of this has been done over 2 years. I would not recommend this contractor to my worst enemy. Please head this warning and do not use him.

Hes neglecting to take responsibility for a second contractor he hired (John Means Construction primarily unskilled mexicans to perform the work 3 years agi that we are apparently taking the blame for. We certainly have no control over what another contractor does."

Does shoddy incomplete work, cuts corners, doesnâ t follow through on all the details of the job, refuses to be accountable for oversights although he claims to stand by his work, doesnâ t provide timely receipts or proof of work performed or payments received, doesnâ t put anything in writing, including warranty guarantee; yells and screams defensively at customer when challenged about poor shoddy incomplete work; doubles down and intimidates the customer with an aggressive bullying tone and accusation, yet refuses to provide satisfactory responses for his deliberate negligence on the job and instead makes excuses. I caught him in outright lies about the work he did. I advise women or elderly to stay away from this contractor. He definitely is NOT accountable for the quality of his work, he just tells you repeatedly that he is so that you believe it. Very dishonest, unethical business practices and treatment of customer . I donâ t say that lightly, it takes a lot for me to leave negative reviews about anyone online.

She automatically assumed because we performed a couple tasks at no extra charge that everything was going to be free. I told her that I have to pay my workers and make a living and can't do all these projects for free. This is how my door looked after new hardware being installed. Old hardware was removed and new put in. There are other parts of door messed up too.
