Rosenblum Coe Architects, Inc. has the in-house and consultant capabilities and experience necessary to provide all necessary architectural services. New Construction - Renovations - Historic Restorations - Custom Residences - Educational Facilities - Health Facilities - Commercial Facilities - Retail Facilities - Military Facilities - Industrial Facilities - Resort Facilities - Exhibition and Tourism Facilities Jeffrey Rosenblum established Rosenblum & Associates Architects, Inc. in 1971 in Charleston, South Carolina. The firm has grown since its inception, and the current staff is the most capable to date. We are located in downtown Charleston in a historic structure renovated by our firm in 1982. Since the establishment of our firm, we have done work throughout the Southeast for both private and public clients. We have experience in commercial, institutional, and residential structures, both new construction and renovations.
