I thought I had found, after looking at multiple reviews, a wonderful company to clean my parents house. I purchased a package through living social to, per the package, do a complete clean from top to bottom of all rooms for 2 hours. I received a phone call from the owner and we discussed that she would have two cleaners come to the home and work for an hour instead of one individual for 2 hours. Perfect, not a problem. Now, my parents house is a 2 bedroom 2 bath home 1600 sq ft house open floor plan. Upon arrival today, the first thing they said was that they could only do one bathroom within the time frame and size of the house. Really?????? This is why there where two individuals to work on the home. I was totally disappointed in the way the situation was handled as well. As I was speaking to the owner, all she kept saying was that it is impossible to clean the entire house in an hour. Just lost for words here. Bad advertising and customer service.
