I hired her to clean my house over the phone. She came in and inspected my house, and she agreed that I will pay her 120 dollars for first cleaning and 80 dollars going forward. She cleaned ground and first floor of my house....couldn't finish basement. She told me to pay her at that time and she will come back to finish my basement. I paid her in good faith. She came after couple of days and started asking for more money to finish off basement. I refused and she left without cleaning. When I called her on the phone, she got very nasty and hung up on me. She is not trust worthy and provided extremely bad customer service. I will not recommend her to anyone.

Window Cleaning
I was very disappointed. When she called me on the phone and I told her exactly what I wanted done with the windows washed inside and out and I had storms on all windows and screens that needed to be done she quoted me a price of $220 that included all windows and a deep cleaning of my house which I had already told her it was 1800 square feet upstairs and down she said that the $220 included that also. Well, when she came to do the work she said that it would be more for a total price of $350. The upstairs was done fair but when it came to the downstairs she didn't want to do it so I asked if she could do at least the glass slider which she did fair.

"I did everything you told me to do. I came there to just clean windows. Then you told me to clean your whole house. I did everything and you told me not to do the basement because you did not want us touching your husbands things in the basement... The quote was to just clean windows that's what the ad said only windows and you wanted house cleaned to. Before we left your house you told us that we did a great job.. I really think I did a really great job.. Thanks,Rose"

Get the quote in writing. Make sure it includes everything that will be done, and the time it will take. We were very late to appointments because they went hours over their verbal estimate. They also did a sloppy job in the end because we stuck to the price agreed upon, which was already $50 over estimate, with less furniture to haul.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Rose was very good helper had "Missed" Issues! Dust left on ceiling master bedroom Ceiling fan in kitchen was not touched Loaded with dust on top of blades Right as you walk in? We feel her helper was not very good, half of the rooms were great, others like above not so I specifically mentioned "Dust Bunnies" at least twice on our ceiling in master bedroom, when we laid down I had to get a towel and "smack them off!" Also there were dirty wall plates where switches are, plus door frame areas were not very clean? First and last time my wife will do this but we feel bad for Rosie
