Rosi Clean of Houston

She was late arriving to my house, she talked a lot and was on her phone the whole time she was at my house. There was a young lady with her that day which she was training which I would have preferred her do the work and let the other person observe her but she would have to put her phone down.

Rosi gave me the most valuable thing when she cleaned my home and that was time. The work was completed in a matter of hours and it felt great to come home and relax in the comforts of my new clean home. She did an excellent job and I m grateful for her services. Really loved she used mainly baking soda, apple cider vinegar to clean the home especially because I have a seven month old who is everywhere and into everything. I would recommend her services.

Rosi was extremely thorough with an antique table and chairs. I had no idea it could look as good as it did. I've clean it myself many times and I'm very picky, but her work was exceptional.

Rosi was very kind and very friendly. She knows lot about cleaning and definitely a very hard worker. She brought a helper with her who worked non stop. They did not rush. Made sure that we were happy as well

I was VERY DISPLEASED with the service...My husband and I feel like we were ROBBED!!! My husband and I purchased our 1st home and wanted someone to do a deep clean before we moved in!!!!!! She literally cleaned the sink, inside of refrigerator only! And the inside of Steve Only and my shower.... She left cleaning product all over my refrigerator and nothing else..this was suppose to be a move in cleaning(deep clean). We paid her and purchased cleaning supplies and nothing was done really!! I have Video to prove!!!!! Very disappointed in the service, I will NEVER recommend her services!!!!!! She didnt dust anything!!!! SMH!!!!

I hired Rosi after many frustrating years with a cleaning service. What a difference! My house is like new again! Rosi does a thorough job and takes pride in her work. I can’t wait until the next time!

The good news is that were prompt, and seemed to work long and hard. The bad news is when they arrived I had to go out and purchase additional cleaning chemicals for them. They also left a sink full of chemical residue that stained it beyond restoration. I called Rosi back in attempt for them to come back out to see what they could do with the sink. She said she would call me back Thursday to set a time, no call, no follow up! Poor customer service!

Excellent service. Responsible. Trustworthy. Takes pride in what they do and they are intent on making sure the customer is fully satisfied. Rosi and her team are terrific. Hire them!

We hired Rosi to do a deep cleaning and they were fabulous! Rosi also gave us cleaning tips along the way. The job took much longer than she expected but she stayed here until she was satisfied with the job, and never changed her cheery attitude. We will definitely be hiring Rosi Clean again for our regular cleaning service!

Rosi has been working with me for 8 to 10 years now and she is absolutely amazing. My other friends use her and they love her and she seems like she's part of our family!

Communication was good, she was always in contact with me. Work was adequate but not above and beyond. Price i felt was higher than it should have been. Very nice lady though.

We hired Rosi to do a deep clean of our old apartment for move out. She gave a very fair quote and came in when worked for our schedule to do the cleaning. She spent 4.5 hours cleaning and did an incredibly thorough job. The apartment looks amazing. Not only that, but she's so very sweet as well. I'm pregnant and she was giving me great ideas on safe ways fore to clean that doesn't involve harmful chemicals. We're looking forward to having her come in monthly/bimonthly to clean our new place.

Rosi did an excellent job. She worked very hard the whole time she was there and very detailed job. It was a one time special event cleaning. Would certainly recommend her and hire again.
