One Time Interior House Cleaning
Cleaned our tile floor and left a white residue. We had to steam clean it twice to remove it. Everything else was great.
Response from Rosie's Housecleaning
"Thank you very much, it was a pleasure to help you sir. We could not remove the wax treatment that you have on your tile floors. That needs professional machine job to remove that. I am sorry we did our best! Thank you."

These ladies came to clean my house once and was awesome , made another appt to come back and now she will not return my phone call. Not sure what happened I wanted her to come back but is avoiding me for some reason? The cleaning was wonderful very detailed but I am sad now because she will not call me back. Have left 2 messages for her.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Arrived when they stated they would. There was one piece of furniture with my tv on it that was not dusted. I wasn't aware that I needed to have paper towels on hand for cleaning use or I would have made a trip to the store. The entire roll was used. Otherwise, very nice and friendly. They did an awesome job on my 2nd full bathroom. I would probably call them again for service.
Response from Rosie's Housecleaning
"Thank you very much, ma'am, it was a pleasure to help you with your bathrooms in need and floors. And I hope you will call us again. Thank you very much, ma'am."

She emailed me immediately, scheduled the service very quickly, and showed up when she said they would. Rosie and her sister did a fantastic job cleaning the house. They were so nice to work with and had such a great attitude and work ethic. When we did the final walkthrough, I was really surprised at how clean they were able to get the floors. Whether I need help cleaning after moving out, before moving in, or even as a gift for an overworked friend, I will call Rosie first.
Response from Rosie's Housecleaning
