Charlie Rosenbaum tore down my old fence and built me a new one that looks great and keeps my dogs from digging under or breaking it down as the dogs did with the old one. He was very reliable, did a great job that is lasting and the price was a lot less than I thought it would be!

Charlie has many years of experience working on fences and gates, and his work is superb ! His use of a metal frame on the gate will prevent warping, etc. And his fees are very reasonable !

Charlie Rosenbaum is a very straight up guy that does what he says that he will do; and also when I asked for additional pieces to be added to the bottom so that the dogs wouldn't be able to dig, he added those. This fence will keep my dogs in! It looks nice, was very affordable, half of what the lowest price that was listed as the cost of having a wooden fence installed. Charlie came out to give me his quote immediately after I called. At that time, he explained to me what kind of wood that he would be using, showed me the wood and told me why he prefers to use it comparing it to the other types of wood. He took the time to answer any of my questions throughout the process. It took a little longer than I thought it would, but Charlie helped me round up my dogs when they got out of the partitioned off part of the yard. Charlie did all of the tear down of the old fence and installation of the new wooden fence without any assistance.His word is good, his work is great and his price is reasonable. What more could a person ask for?

Built as all section of fence with a gate at the side of my house was too lazy when I told him that the gap on the bottom of the fence was to much add a pice of lumber to fill the gaps in the fence and gate

My property is in TX and I live in CA so I needed an honest professional. The wind blew down a great deal of my fence and it was old and a great deal of it needed replacing. He has a great way of fortifying a fence whether rebuilding it or installing a new one. I had to rely on my tenants to give me updates and they said the fence looked great. Three neighbors hired Mr. Rosenbaum on other fence projects just from the job he did on my fence.

It took Rosie an extra day and a half to complete the project because he ran into a situation he hadn't anticipated. Because we have three dogs, he had to put the old fence up each night so the dogs woulldn't get out. GREAT guy and wonderful attitude. He said he'd stick to his bid price in spite of the extra time it took.
