Very professional and pleasant to work with. Very detailed analysis of what was going to be done, why it was being done and then doing exactly what was agreed to in a very timely manner. There were no surprises and with a 75 year old shingle roof house there is always a possibility of a surprise. But the detail of the work being done and the thoroughness of the estimate removed the surprise element. Additionally the crew that did the work were a well trained team. They did a great job protecting our property during the entire process. The quality of the work was exceptional. I give them the highest rating possible and would certainly use them again. Our contact for the the entire project, from estimating thru install was Charlie Yood. He is very knowledgeable and explains the process where even non-roofers can understand what is going on.

I hired Rosie's restoration last week and was very happy with the customer service and quality of work. I worked with Tony who gave me a very thorough review of our roof which included video during the presentation. The estimate was a very fair price and they were able to start work within a work.
