Ross Painting

Good but not great.

We hired Ross to paint the interior walls, ceilings, baseboards and cabinets of a rental property and to repair multiple cracks and were very pleased with the results. He performed the work well and completed the project on schedule for a reasonable price. Since we live in another state, we did not see the work until almost a month after it was completed. When I asked Ross to remove some blinds that he had not understood we wanted removed and fill the nails holes, he promptly returned to perform those task. Ross is highly responsible and easy to work with. We would hire him again.

Initially, he had another employee assisting him. That person did not do a satisfactory job. I let Ross know, he came back and did what was appropriate and I ended up completely satisfied.

Ross & his son Ken were really great. They were flexible and very easy to work with, and the paint job looks great!

Good job, can be more punctual

I am surprised at the great reviews here. I did not get the same service. 1. Not great with communication. I called multiple times before they responded once. 2. I learned of their daily schedules on the day of, not ahead of time. Their arrival and departure times changed regularly. 3. During the actual work, they required regular check-ins to steer the project back into the right direction. 4. The work took longer than the original bid. 5. Even after a walkthrough with a short, easy list of things to complete, it was not completed. 6. I ended up completing the work myself. They are nice people, but not qualified to be considered a professional contractor. In the end, I found their absentmindedness to be unnecessarily costly in time. Hiring the neighborhood college kids would have produced the same results and caused less stress.

Ross Painting came as arranged and worked non-stop while here. When they left for the day their work area was nice and tidy.

Ross and Kenneth showed up on time. Completed three rooms of painting in one day. They did an outstanding job. They were also very professional and very polite. I am handicapped as well they had to move the furniture around to work they put everything back where it was and cleaned up after their self. They are an asset to their profusion and to home advisor. I would also highly recommend to.

He was very through in masking off the surfaces not being painted and protecting cabinets, flooring, and furniture. The work was done ahead of schedule and everything looks great. I definitely recommend him!

Ross was one of the nicest people. But I thought his work wasn't up to a Professional status.

The Ross painting company is a trustworthy family business that provides quality work and excellent customer service. They are nice and reliable individuals to work with. They worked hard and completed the job earlier than planned. My Grandfather who is a veteran was very satisfied with their help, kindness, expertise, and timing. The project involved plastering, sanding, priming and painting the bathroom walls and ceiling.

Great and prompt service. VERY quick response time. Easy to work and schedule with. A few spots missed after completion, however, that is expected on an entire house repaint and is not a negative reflection on the work overall. Ross would probably return right away to correct, however since it is minor and since they left us all paint samples we will just touch up as needed to prepare for sale.

On time and very quick

We hired Ross to paint the outside of our house. Ross and his son, Ken, were friendly, professional and passionate about their work. The job was done in a timely manner. They covered all bushes, plants, patios and entryways with tarps and covered all windows with plastic. They cleaned up after, leaving things just as they were before they began the job. We were extremely satisfied and happy with the finished project. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!! Donna C
