This review is long overdue...I've been negligent....and my apologies for that! Ross and BJ were, how can I say this? EXTRAORDINARY!! When they got behind schedule for the promised arrival time, due to their dedication on completing an earlier job properly - they kept us informed - which we appreciated and understood. When they arrived, they had everything readily available to complete the job. They explained what needed to be done thoroughly and still patiently tolerated my hovering and questioning while they worked. They identified why our "not so old" hot water heater failed and fixed that problem too!! When finished, they cleaned up their work area, better than it was before and gave us a discount on the promised price!! I cannot give them high enough praise! Look no further for any of your plumbing needs...you've found the ones to trust in Ross Plumbing!! We have already referred them to others and I know we won't be calling anyone else!

Also replaced water heater and brought up to code (30 years old), replaced pressure regulator valve, and broken air conditioner exterior drip pipe . Ross responded quickly to my request for quote, provided quote after discussing pros and cons of various options, showed up when promised, worked quickly and efficiently…couldn't have asked for a better experience . I highly recommend, without any reservations.
