Ross plumbing service was great. Before entry into my home he asked whether or not if he should walk on the carpet with his shoes on. Price quote was exactly what he'd quoted the day before, service was prompt and he was very professional and courteous. I'm glad to have selected Ross Plumbing Service for my repair needs. Fantastic response time to the original project request. Minor delay in scheduling the estimate. Once work was started, the onsite rep was not able to repair on portion of the project request (deducted from final price). Overall good service from this contractor.

Sump Pump Repair or Replace
I needed my sump pump replaced as quickly as possible. Ross Plumbing Systems called me, answered my questions over the phone, and setup a meeting time very quickly. Unfortunately the contractor dispatched for my job had a problem with his van. Upon hearing of this, Jonathan Ross decided to handle the problem himself and was at my door in a timely fashion. The work was done very quickly and Mr. Ross was very polite. Overall I am very satisfied with the work he did, and I believe the price was reasonable.

Ross came out to the house to take a look. Very prompt, very well mannered. He explained what the problem was, and that it really was not something worth taking care of. He seemed honest about the assessment, and stated he would be able to come out if needed to rectify the issue if it persisted. Very solid.

Mr. Ross sent an associate, Gordon, to do the job. Communication between Mr. Ross and Gordon was a problem at first, but the job finally got done and done well. Some improvements in protective covering and cleanup would have enhanced the rating. However, I did appreciate the quality and break out considerations of the work. Assuming that Gordon is indicative of Mr. Ross's crew, I will hire them again.

Contractor called me back almost immediately when I first submitted my request. Unfortunately, he arrived 2.5 hours late because he had trouble finding parts, but never called to say he was running late nor apologized for making me wait. Luckily, he did a nice repair job.
