Hired Ross Roofing for water entering our family room. They were responsive at first.. They even came out second time because we still was getting water. They gave us 5 year guarantee on invoice. Recently got heavy rain and got in more water. Called 3x left messages. Text 3x left all with no response. We want issue fixed and they are not responding. Poor business. Why offer a guarantee and a few months into it never respond to customers concern?

When they tell you you have 10 years of guarantee and the job is not completed, they are not answering the phone.

Ross Roofing and Masonry was able to repair a crack in the roof due to freezing temperatures. They removed all snow and found the issue quickly and were able to repair it right away.

Much like many others throughout Chicagoland earlier in the year, the repeated snowstorms created an ice dam in my gutter system, leading to water backing up into my home. Thankfully, they had an available slot to come out and remove the snow/ice from my home's roof and gutters. Their quote came in on par with others companies I had contacted, but their availability and background as a true roofing company versus a group with pressure washers made the choice an easy one. They were communicative throughout the entire process, arrived promptly at our scheduled time, and secured the gutters after the strain they were subjected to due to the weight of snow/ice. No one wants to experience problems with their home, but they made a stressful situation tolerable, and for that I am grateful. Highly recommended!

This is a family owned company. I hadan emergency job because of the heavy snow and ice the gutter on the second story of my house fell down, they came out on Sunday and gave me a quote and back on Monday morning to do the job. They made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I thought the downspout was a little high but they promised to come back this week and fix it. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends

Ross Roofing & Construction and within minutes I got scheduled for same day snow removal. Entire driveway and walkway was cleaned out within minutes. Very easy to work with and affordable. Will definitely be calling back for future snow removal!

Alex does a couple projects for me and he did great work! He is very professional, has great communication skills, and was always trustworthy and reliable. He came in right away, spoke with me about what needed to be addressed, and explained how would be handling the solution. Everything was beautiful from start to finish. I highly recommend him and his crew.
