As to Mr the work, I would say was top notch tho I did find it discouraging I was not on-site when the work was preformed so I did not know the location of where the tank was installed as the tank was covered so when I did get around to going to the site I only saw fresh filled dirt.and also know plumber had to do his work of installing the line from the home to the tank I could not understand why the tank had been filled over knowing a plumber was going to have to dig the dirt back out to occur extra additional charges by the plumber know Plumbers charges are more than a doctors bill. But all in good I will pay the plumber.tho I did not like the online payment platform payment that I only had 1 option of pay and that was to use my credit card and the payment platform charged me to the additional to the cost of the invoice and tacked on an additional cost of $120.00 for using a credit card and I still do not know where the septic tank is because it was never flagged as I had ask.

Mr Ross was very prompt and professional. You can tell he is very knowledgeable about a sewer system just by watching him and talking to him. He did exactly what we needed and explained the process. If you need any septic service done, I would highly recommend his company. He provided a service we were trying to get someone to do for about 3 months. He was also very resonable on his fee. If you need any type of sewer work done I know Mr. Ross would really appreciate your business.
